This couch is incredible, in great condition, clean, and it's neutral muted green color goes great in a living room by making a statement, but not too bold of one. From a smoke/pet/bug free home.

I bought it in Washington D.C. from Storehouse (which went out of business and was purchased by Rowe Furniture) in 2009. It's has a short texture, and is likely made of a synthetic polyester, which is why it's held up so well.

Wait - why the low price? We need it out. And I'm realistic. There is one stain (shown in photo below) that is 1" x 1/2" that is spit up from baby #1. It's really small and light, and I DID have it strain treated after learning my lesson.

Why are we getting rid of it? We bought a place and need to make room for baby #2, so there goes our media room/office. Which reminds me, if you need a desk, let me know!
